Through years of rapid and sound development, our company has become the new force in the domestic industry. Now there are more than 80 engineers and technicians with rich experience. The international advanced mould design, mold flow analysis, and processing programming 3D software is widely applied. By virtue of the standard mould and ERP Management, our mould manufacturing technology and mould quality reaches the domestic first-level. Many moulds have won gold award of high quality issued by Wuxi Mould Association. About 100 items of mould structure design have won national invention patents.
Our company owns more than 50 sets mold manufacturing and processing equipment including the high speed machining center such as MITSUI grinding machines, ROEDERS/QUICK JET, etc. and the international first-rate precision equipment such as MITSUBISHI linear cutting and spark, MITUTOYO three coordinate measuring instrument, etc. The manufacturing workshop realizes constant temperature and humidity and ensures the machining accuracy of 0.005mm.
Our company specializes in the fields including multi-cavity consumable mould, laminated mould, bicolor mould, insert mould, thin wall mould, precision electronic injection mould, etc. and monthly develops and produces 30 sets of injection moulds and die casting moulds. The service scope covers the fields including medicine, electronics, communication, high precision automobile parts, etc.
